What format are products in? +
PDFs, Notion templates you duplicate to your workspace, Canva templates, and ZIP packages. Everything downloads instantly after purchase. No software to install.
Which product should I start with? +
If you are completely new, grab the Free Starter to test our quality. If you are ready to commit, the $147 Bundle is the best value — it includes everything except the Accelerator and Inner Circle.
Will products work for my niche? +
Tested across history, finance, mindset, AI, tech, true crime, top-10 lists, and explainer niches. Frameworks are niche-agnostic — you supply the niche, the system generates content.
Do I get lifetime updates? +
Yes for one-time purchases. We refresh prompts and templates as AI tools evolve, free for buyers.

What payment methods do you accept? +
All major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Powered by Shopify Payments — same security as any major store.
What is your refund policy? +
14 days, no questions asked. Email support@usecreatorstack.com from the address you bought with and we refund 100%. We only want creators who win with this.
Do you offer payment plans? +
Not currently. We keep prices low enough that one-time payment is feasible. The $147 Bundle replaces $497 to $2,000 courses and you get the full thing today.
Are prices in USD? +
Yes, all prices are USD. Shopify auto-converts at checkout for international buyers based on current exchange rates.
Do I pay tax? +
Sales tax / VAT is calculated automatically at checkout based on your billing region. Shown before you confirm payment.

How long until I see results? +

Do I need experience? +
No. The Faceless Channel Launch System walks you from picking a niche to publishing your first video. If you can copy-paste, you can run this system.
How much time does it take per week? +

Can I edit and customize the templates? +

Which AI tools do I need? +
Minimum: Claude or ChatGPT (free tier ok). Recommended: paid Claude (~$20/mo), ElevenLabs ($5/mo), CapCut (free). Optional: Veo3, Canva Pro. Most creators run the system for under $30/mo in tooling.
Will prompts work with ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini? +
Yes. We tested with Claude Sonnet, GPT-4, and Gemini Pro. Output quality varies slightly — Claude wins on nuance, GPT-4 on structure, Gemini on speed. Pick what you have access to.
What about voiceover? +
ElevenLabs is the standard. Free tier gives you 10K characters/mo (about 2 short videos). Starter at $5/mo gives 30K. We include voice presets and pacing guides.
Do I need video editing software? +
CapCut is free and works on desktop and mobile. Premiere Pro and Final Cut work too — our templates export to standard formats. We do not assume any specific editor.
What about AI video tools like Veo3? +
Optional. Useful for B-roll generation. We include prompt frameworks for Veo3, Runway, and Pika — pick whichever you have credit for.

How do I become an affiliate? +
Apply on our affiliate page. We review within 48 hours and approve based on audience fit. 40% commission, 90-day cookie, monthly payouts via PayPal or Wise.
How do I contact support? +
Email support@usecreatorstack.com. We reply within 24 hours on weekdays, 48 hours on weekends. For urgent refund issues, mention "REFUND" in subject for priority.
Do you offer 1-on-1 coaching? +
Inner Circle members get group office hours every week. The Accelerator includes 1-on-1 coaching calls. We do not offer standalone coaching outside those programs.
Where can I leave a review? +
After purchase, you get a follow-up email with a review link. Reviews on individual product pages help other creators decide. We read every one.
Can I share access with my team? +
Personal license covers you and one assistant. For teams of 3+, contact us for a team license — usually 2x the personal price. We are flexible.
