Terms of service

These terms govern the CreatorStack for Agents service provided by CreatorStack LLC ("we", "us") through usecreatorstack.com. By buying a plan or requesting a free sample, you agree to them.

1. The service

We write marketing content for real estate professionals each month, such as social media posts, short video scripts, listing descriptions, email newsletters and local market updates. What each plan includes is described on its plan page. We deliver your first batch within 5 business days after you complete onboarding, and revisions within 2 business days of your request.

2. How we use AI

We use AI tools to help with first drafts. A person reviews and edits every piece before it is delivered to you.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to give us accurate information about your business and listings, and you are responsible for reviewing and approving everything before it is published. You are responsible for following the rules of your brokerage, MLS, state licensing authority and advertising laws that apply to you, including required disclosures.

4. Fair Housing review

We review content for wording that may raise Fair Housing concerns. This review supports compliance but is not legal advice, and final approval remains with you and your broker.

5. Billing and renewal

Plans are billed monthly in advance through Shopify's secure checkout and renew automatically until cancelled. If we change a plan's price, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel anytime. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, including our first-month guarantee.

7. Ownership of the content

Once you have paid for a month, you may use the content we delivered for that month for your own business, during and after your subscription. We will not show your content publicly as an example without your written permission.

8. No guaranteed results

We do not guarantee leads, listings, sales, rankings or any other business results.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will email you before it takes effect.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA.
