Refund policy

This policy applies to the CreatorStack for Agents monthly marketing plans (Starter, Growth and Team) sold by CreatorStack LLC through usecreatorstack.com.

Cancel anytime

Plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by replying to any of our emails or writing to support@usecreatorstack.com. Cancelling stops your next renewal. There are no cancellation fees and no contract.

First-month guarantee

If your first monthly batch doesn't feel right for you, email us within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund your first month in full. You don't need to give a reason.

Later months

Each monthly batch is written for you personally, so payments for later months are not refundable once that month's batch has been delivered. If we fail to deliver a batch you paid for, we will refund that month.

Results

We do not promise leads, listings, sales or any other business results. Refunds outside the first-month guarantee are not based on marketing results.

Free samples

Free samples cost nothing and need no payment details.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show the refund.
