Digital Products

All products sold on CreatorStack are digital downloads delivered instantly via email. Because of the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds after the download has been accessed — except under our satisfaction guarantee below.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you purchased any CreatorStack product and feel it did not deliver value, email us at support@usecreatorstack.com within 30 days of your purchase date. Include:

• Your order number
• The email address used at checkout
• A brief description of your experience

We will process your refund within 3-5 business days. No lengthy forms, no arguments.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that show evidence of the full product content being downloaded and redistributed, or requests made after the 14-day window has passed.

Download Issues

If you did not receive your download link after purchase, email us immediately at support@usecreatorstack.com. We will resend your link within 24 hours.

How Refunds Are Processed

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider — typically 3-7 business days after we approve the refund.
