Growth takes your whole month of marketing off your plate. Every month we write your social posts, short faceless video scripts, listing descriptions, an email newsletter and a local market update, all in your voice and checked for Fair Housing wording.
What's included every month
- 16 social posts: ready for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, each with a hook, caption, local hashtags and a simple visual brief.
- 4 short faceless video scripts: on-screen text, voiceover and a shot list built from your listing photos. No need to be on camera.

Before each month starts, you get one document with the full batch: a posting calendar, every caption and video script, the newsletter and the market update. Read it over coffee, leave comments where you want changes, and post it yourself or let us schedule it in your tool once you approve.

After checkout you fill in a 10-minute form: your area, the neighborhoods you work, your style, the words you love and the ones you never use. AI helps with the first draft, then a person edits every piece until it sounds like you on a good day. Nothing goes live until you approve it.

If your first batch doesn't feel like you, tell us and we'll refund your first month. We won't promise leads or sales, because nobody honest can. We do promise steady, on-brand work that shows up on time.
When will I get my first batch?
Within 5 business days after you send the onboarding form. After that, each month's batch arrives before the month starts.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Reply to any email and we'll move you up or down from your next billing date.
Do we need to meet or get on calls?
Never. Everything happens in writing: the onboarding form, your monthly batch and any changes, all by email. You reply whenever it suits you, between showings or after dinner, and we answer the same day.
What about Fair Housing and brokerage rules?
Every piece is reviewed for risky wording, describes the property rather than who should live there, and includes your brokerage name and any disclaimers your broker requires. Our review supports compliance but isn't legal advice; final approval stays with you and your broker.
Can I cancel?
Of course, anytime. Just reply to any email. There's no contract, and your first month is refundable if it isn't a fit.
Is this just ChatGPT?
